Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Veyra platform (available at useveyra.xyz and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of Veyra, including contributors, campaign owners, and any other participants.

To use Veyra, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction.

For campaign participation as a contributor, your X account must meet Veyra's eligibility requirements, which are assessed using permitted account information and eligibility signals. Eligibility is not guaranteed and may be reassessed at any time.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating a Veyra account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You may not create multiple accounts for the same person or organisation unless explicitly permitted. Accounts are non-transferable.

To participate as a contributor, you must connect an eligible X account through the X OAuth flow. By doing so, you authorise Veyra to access the permitted information described in our Trust & Privacy statement.

Connecting your X account does not authorise Veyra to act on your behalf, post as you, or perform actions prohibited by X. Veyra requests only the permissions required for supported functionality.

You remain responsible for your X account and for complying with X's own Terms of Service. Veyra does not control X's enforcement decisions.

Campaign participation is subject to individual campaign requirements, eligibility criteria, and activity rules set by campaign owners.

All participation activities must comply with applicable X platform rules. Activities that violate X's Terms of Service are not permitted, even if a campaign purports to authorise them.

Veyra reserves the right to reject or reverse campaign submissions that do not meet the required standards.

Campaign owners are responsible for ensuring that their campaigns comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies — including X's Terms of Service.

Campaign owners must accurately describe campaign requirements and not misrepresent what participants are asked to do.

Campaign funds must be deposited in full before a campaign can go live. Campaign owners remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of their campaigns.

Rewards are paid to contributors following successful completion verification and settlement. Reward amounts are defined by individual campaign terms.

Veyra does not guarantee any specific level of reward income. Rewards are contingent on successful campaign participation, verification, and settlement.

Rewards are held in the contributor's Veyra wallet pending settlement and withdrawal eligibility.

Campaign budgets are processed through Veyra's integrated payment infrastructure (currently Paystack). By funding a campaign, campaign owners agree to Paystack's terms in addition to these terms.

Payment processing is subject to applicable financial regulations, KYC requirements, and Veyra's payment policies.

Contributors may withdraw eligible earnings to their registered bank account. Withdrawals are subject to minimum withdrawal amounts, settlement delays, and verification requirements.

Withdrawal availability may vary by country, currency, and account status. Veyra reserves the right to review and delay withdrawal requests as part of fraud prevention.

Veyra charges a platform fee on campaign budgets. The applicable fee rate is shown during campaign creation. Fee rates may change over time; changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may also apply and are separate from Veyra's platform fee.

The following are prohibited on Veyra:

• —Creating fake, bot, or impersonation accounts
• —Using automated tools to complete campaign activities
• —Misrepresenting campaign completions
• —Coordinating artificial engagement or fraudulent participation
• —Attempting to game the trust score or eligibility system
• —Funding campaigns with stolen or fraudulent payment methods
• —Creating campaigns designed to violate X's platform rules
• —Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activity
• —Reselling, transferring, or sharing account access

Veyra uses multiple systems to detect and prevent fraud, including account verification, device risk signals, behavioural analysis, and campaign integrity monitoring.

Accounts found to be involved in fraudulent activity may be suspended, have withdrawals frozen, and may have rewards reversed without notice.

Veyra reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

Veyra reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or platform integrity reasons.

Users may appeal account restrictions by contacting info@useveyra.xyz. Appeals do not guarantee reinstatement.

All content, branding, and technology on the Veyra platform is the intellectual property of Veyra or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute Veyra's intellectual property without permission.

Content submitted by users (campaign descriptions, submissions, feedback) remains the property of the submitting user, but grants Veyra a licence to use it for platform operations.

Veyra integrates with third-party services including X, Paystack, Supabase, Resend, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms of service, which Veyra does not control.

Veyra is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party platforms.

Veyra is an independent platform. Veyra is not X Corp, is not owned by X Corp, and is not endorsed by X Corp unless officially announced.

X's own policies and enforcement decisions are outside Veyra's control. Users must independently comply with X's Terms of Service.

Veyra does not guarantee that participating in Veyra campaigns will comply with X's rules, and does not accept liability for X enforcement actions taken against user accounts.

Veyra collects and processes data as described in the Trust & Privacy statement available at useveyra.xyz/trust.

By using Veyra, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in that statement.

Veyra is currently in beta. During the beta period, features, limits, workflows, and terms may change. Veyra does not guarantee continuity of any specific beta feature or earning opportunity.

Beta access does not constitute a contractual commitment to any specific future feature set or earnings level.

Veyra aims to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, outages, or technical issues may affect availability.

Veyra is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.

Veyra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Veyra does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Veyra does not warrant any specific earnings, campaign results, or engagement outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veyra and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Veyra's total liability to any user for any claim is limited to the amounts paid by that user to Veyra in the preceding twelve months.

Veyra may update these terms from time to time. Where material changes are made, we will provide notice through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
